About On Stage
Since 1995, we've been proud to help kids grow into healthy, confident, and happy individuals through the joy of dance. Most of our instructors are former students, and we are especially proud that many of our former dancers bring their own children to On Stage!

Natalie Mobley is the owner and lead instructor of On Stage School of Dance in Buffalo, Minnesota. With over 30 years of experience at the studio, she has been a pivotal figure in shaping its direction and nurturing its students .
Natalie began her dance training under the guidance of Mary Ruth Custer and further honed her skills at esteemed institutions such as Royal Dance, Zenon Dance Company, and the Minnesota Dance Theatre. Her comprehensive training encompasses ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, and lyrical dance .
Beyond her technical expertise, Natalie is deeply committed to fostering a supportive and inspiring environment for her students. Her dedication to dance education has made On Stage School of Dance a cornerstone of the Buffalo dance community.
Miss Stacy has been dancing since the age of three. She began her training at Northeast School Of Dance, continued her studies with Mary Ruth Custer, and later attended the Minnesota School Of Ballet.
In 1980, she opened and operated her own dance studio in Elk River, Minnesota. Miss Stacy is experienced in ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, and tap. She is excited to share her love of dance with young students and finds great joy in watching them learn, grow, and thrive.
Chassie Chew
Teacher

Miss Chassie has been dancing since the age of 10 and was a member of On Stage’s highest-level competition group. After several years as an assistant teacher at On Stage, chassie has transitioned into a recreational teaching role. She loves helping young dancers learn, grow, and build confidence in the classroom.
